Ingredients
- 1 Large bulb kohlrabi Skinned and cut into fries
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- Pepper & salt
- Some fresh pasley

Instructions
- Cook the kohlrabi fries in a large saucepan for about 10 minutes until soft.
- Drain the fries and pat dry with some paper towels.
- Put the fries in a large bowl and toss with the spices, cornstarch and olive oil. Mix well (alternative: put the fries in a large plastic bag, add cornstarch and carefully shake the bag until all fries are covered).
- Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius or turn your airfryer on.
- Add the fries to your airfryer or oven (spread evenly on a baking sheet) and bake them for about 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through.
- Sprinkle the fries with fresh parsley and serve warm with ketchup or vegan mayo. Enjoy!
