Homemade eggless mayonnaise recipe

This mayonnaise recipe is oil-free, nut-free and dairy-free; entirely vegan (no eggs either). And it’s deliciously creamy. Read on for the recipe!

A while ago, I posted a recipe for vegan mayonnaise, made with regular tofu and cashews. That was before I discovered silken tofu. I still love my cashew mayo, but silken tofu on its own works fantastic to create a creamy mayonnaise, no nuts needed. Soaking and blending cashews can be quite a task, while blending silken tofu can almost be done by hand (almost!).

vegan mayoI still regularly make my cashew mayo, mostly as a dip with some bread. This mayonnaise is perfect with homemade fries or baked potatoes. Enjoy!

  1. Simply add all the ingredients to your food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth. This mayonnaise is best after a few hours in the fridge.
