Recipe: Crispy roasted chickpeas
Crispy roasted chickpeas, a delicious snack!
salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, turmeric powder
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Drain the chickpeas, rinse them with water and pat them dry with some paper towels.
Put the chickpeas in a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil and the spices.
Make sure to use lots of paprika, onion powder and turmeric powder.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until light brown and crunchy. Make sure to watch them towards the end so they don’t burn!
