I love a good creamy vegan pasta and luckily it’s very easy to make. This mushroom and onion sauce is delicious, healthy and takes about fifteen minutes to prepare.
As a pasta lover, I am always looking for vegan pasta ideas, and this is one of my favourites. It’s very easy to make a vegan cream sauce – I like to use rice cream, but any non-dairy cream will do fine.
You can add the cooked pasta directly to the pan, or put it on a plate and pour the mushroom cream sauce over it. I like to add the pasta to the pan so the sauce and the pasta can really mix well.
