These chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are gluten free, dairy free, egg-free and don’t contain any added sugar or oil. It’s easy to make and doesn’t include any crazy ingredients either.
Like most people, I love chocolate. I especially love dark chocolate; the darker, the better. Dark chocolate which contains more than 70% cacao is the healthiest kind, even if it contains sugar. I love using dark chocolate in cookies or other sweet recipes. I recommend you use regular peanut butter for this recipe (which contains sugar and oil) because it just works better for these cookies. If you use pure peanut butter, I recommend you add 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Always choose organic peanut butter, it’s the healthiest kind.
