A good vegan brownie recipe is not easy to find. I always struggle with what kind of flour to use, whether or not to add sugar (and how much) and how to replace eggs, milk, butter… Luckily I am becoming better and better at it, and surprisingly this recipe just rolled out of me.
Coming up with this recipe only took one try and I was shocked by how delicious these fudgy vegan brownies are. If you have a massive sweet tooth, they may not be sweet enough for you (you can always add more syrup) but to me these are perfect! Creamy, chocolaty, sweet – and dairy-free. These aren’t raw brownies, but very easy to make, I promise. These brownies can be saved in the fridge for a week. They are best after a night in the fridge to the chocolate chips have hardened.
