I’ve seen this recipe circle around on social media for oven-baked curly fries and I had to give it a try! I just got a brand new spiralizer so I decided to use it on some potatoes. They come out thinner (and longer) than real curly fries, but they are no less tasty. Scroll all the way down for the recipe!
I don’t know why I haven’t thought of this before! It’s like oven-baked potato spaghetti and I love both potatoes and spaghetti, so of course I was going to love this. If you use a spiralizer like I did, I recommend cutting them in half as the spirals can become really long. Since they’re so thin, they get nice and cripy in the oven without the use of lots of oil (only 1 tablespoon). Love these curly fries and will definitely be making them again. By the way, they’re GREAT with ketchup!
