  1. Scoop out the avocado (remove the pit) and add to your food processor with all the other ingredients. Blend until you have a smooth mixture. Save the mayonnaise in an airtight jar in your fridge or serve with fries, falafel or as a dip with raw veggies, bread or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Make sure you use a good, sour type of soy yoghurt. Some yoghurts can still be quite sweet because of the addition of sugar or sweetners. This mayonnaise tastes best with the addition of 100% sugar-free soy yoghurt which is nice and sour.
